Production and ageing: Artisan, with steam boilers and discontinuous low-grade column; head and tail cutting is done manually at each firing by the Master Distiller. With its five years of aging in barriques, this “meditation” Brandy offers the nose a pleasant fruity sensation of annurca apple, candied orange and violet. On the palate soft and rich, warm and enveloping. Aftertaste pleasant and persistent hints of almond, hazelnut and vanilla cocoa. Aging in 0,5 liter bottle.
